Please help!!!!!

i have been trying to download windows updates for a couple of months now ive looked everywere for a solution

what happens is when i go to download the update(14 of then)it the screen comes up saying-preparing download- but never starts jus stays at that

ive tryed

net.exe stop wuauserv
cd /d %windir%
rd /s softwaredistribution
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wuapi.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wuaueng1.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wuaueng.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wucltui.dll
REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\wups.dll
net.exe start wuauserv

bat file and lots of other but no joy starting to get worried no plz help
