Planned upgrades

Ok so I am gonna upgrade my PC a little bit I'm going with FM2 build because it is the cheapest way to go. here are the planned parts I'd like to know what you guys think of it. I already have a PSU case and HDD

and incase I do some OC (which I do plan on doing some light overclocking) CPU cooler: Newegg.com - Enermax ETS-T40-BK Black 120mm Twister CPU Cooler with TB Apollish Blue LED PWM Fan

Go with quality, name brand ram. G Skill, Corsair, Mushkin, Kingston, etc. Team is sketchy and has some bad reviews.

reason I'm going with team is cause it's a budget build but I will look into other brands if it doesn't work I still have 4gb of G.Skill eco hopefully by the time I have the money G.skill will be having a sale again

I looked at those but I wasn't sure if they would fit in with the CPU cooler I have chosen

Yeah I agree with itches, Even though you want to upgrade on a budget I'd be sticking with good brand names.

How much of a difference will i notice going from the A6-5400k to the Athlon X4 760k? My A6 is currently oc to 4ghz

My APU supports daul graphics for a HD6570 how would this perform compared to a Radeon R7 265?
