I have this perental filter installed on my pc called naomi and every time i
shut down my pc it dosent respond and i have to click end task.
anyone help me?

from what I read here there are NO settings that can utillized at all. My suggestion is to uninstall the program and then redownload it here and reinstall it and see if it corrects the issue
