PCI video card?

Would you guys thing this is a good card for a PCI mobo? If not could you please give me a link to a OK one?

Yea he knows he jsut wanting a couple of his games to run a bit better (hes not a hardcore gamer) and he planning on buying a new PC in the next 5-6 months so he just needs somthing to hold him over till then.

P.S I'v already tried to talk him into a new mobo with AVG slots, he wouldnt. lol

and if you do have to get one not the 5200 series as there were lots of issues with the fx5200 cards.
