If computer have only IDE connectors inside, will pci sata card work?

I'm assuming that you want to put a SATA drive into that machine. In that case, yes. There are also IDE-SATA adapters you could use.

As above, you can buy a PCI Sata card and connect the SATA hard-drive to there, This is the best option as the PCI Card can support the full speed of the SATA drive

The 2nd option is to buy an IDE to SATA connector, but the SATA wont be able to run at full speed because theres not enough bandwidth with the IDE connection
