Ok, I have a Alienware Notebook With 1. 25GB RAM and an Nvidia 6800 Go 128 Mb Video card yet it is still pretty slow and I get alot of ingame lag ( World Of Warcraft) And It is unormally loud and overheats, would a new fan fix this and plase reply

WoW Lag? How is that possible!

Anyway, a new fan would fix it only if it's already not working. Make sure the cooling settings are max and it is properly vented (the intake on the bottom too).

Isn't Lag internet connection related? Do you have dial-up?

Sounds like internet connection lag. Only other thing that would be possible is that you have some faulty hardware, which is unlikly. Also outdated drivers for the video card.

But I assume it sthe drivers. In my moms laptop, the onboard (I think) would overheat and the game could crash. Updated drivers fixed that...

Laptops are horrible for gaming anyways. They heat up fast, and are less potent then a desktop.

And much more mobile. Laptops can be great for gaming, assuming you dont have it on your lap, and you plug it in, haha
