Here is some example code: Code: <META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="0.1"> That should refresh about 10 times a second. And if you want to make it redirect to another page, use this code: Code: <META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="2; URL=http://google.com/"> That makes the page redirect to Google.com after 2 seconds.
