Overclocking Intel centrino Duo

I have a refurbished Gateway MX6956. I wanted to know how to overclock the stock Intel Centrino Duo (T2050). What quantities should I set?

Laptop, right? Guess what, I do not believe your laptop bios gives you the capabilities of OC!!! And given the fact that it is in that little confined case (laptop) even if you could it would not be smart given cooling issues.
