Overclocking

I have an Intel 875PBZ Motherboard; I'm gonna get http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-450&depa=1 and I heard that the default CAS Latency setting are at 3-3-3-8; how can i manually set this to 2-3-3-6 or something else

The RAM should run at the advertised latency settings of 2-3-3-6. If not, go into the bios and look around for Tras and that kind of stuff.
