O.k for now my processor is fine but i would like to know what you have to do to get those extra mhz cause i have found out with standard cooling a P4 HTEE at 3.2 can go to 3.45ghz

Yep . I started to talking to gamers on other threads and thought i would like that .And i heard that the Extreme Edtion P4 is the best to do it with.
