Hi, the mother in law as just told me that she is having a problem with her inbox.
it is showing 20 mails queing to come in but only retrieves the odd 1!
last night she recieved the same three emails on a couple of occasions but the que waiting did not diminish.
any ideas what problem she might have and any solutions?

edit, she is using outlook.
