Which One?

Which would be best:

2TB hard drive @ 7200 rpm, 12GB Ram, eight core AMD processor & 1 GB video or:

2TB hard drive @ 5400 rpm, 16GB Ram , Quad core intel & 2 GB video.

Main purpose is photo and a little video editing.
