nVidea Geforce 6600gt

what would be a good card for me, I want a nVidea GeForce 6600gt but I'm not sure which one is good for me. I need an AGP card and my PC has 512mb of Ram. I need somethin good for gaming. Any suggestions?

well whats your budget? If you have a higher budget get a 6800 GT or a Radeno x850 xt. If your budget isnt that high then I would go with the MSI or BFG 6600 GT

EDIT: Also I would suggest upgrading your memory to at least 1 gig

Then the 6600 GT would be the way to go. And yes, if you can afford it, 1gb will help in most games.

The 6600GT is excellent for those on a budget. I've played Doom 3, F.E.A.R, and Need for Speed Underground 2 at high resolutions with no problems, no lag at all. Only thing slow is the user and that's me. Get that card.

I'm using MSI. THey're very reputable.

I'm using and MSI 6600 GT right now and its giving me mad problems...actually, quite a few people are having the same or similar probems as me..If I launch a game it freezes...unless its demo, then it plays. The card is great for the budget if it works. mine doesn't though..just something to think about.
