For $1200 you can get a hell of a lot more for your money:

CPU: Newegg.com - Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor BX80601950

Mobo: Newegg.com - ASRock X58 Extreme 3 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Video Card: Newegg.com - XFX HD-695X-ZNFC Radeon HD 6950 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

Memory: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

Power Supply: Newegg.com - Antec TruePower New TP-750 750W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply

Hard Drive: Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

DVD Drive: Newegg.com - Sony Optiarc Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner LightScribe Support - CD / DVD Burners

Case: Newegg.com - Rosewill THOR Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to XL-ATX, come with Four Fans-1x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1x Top 230mm Fan, 1x Side 230mm Fan, 1x Rear 140mm Fan, Option Fan-1x Bottom 120/140mm Fan

CPU Cooler: Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER V6 GT RR-V6GT-22PK-R1 120mm DynaLoop CPU Cooler w/ Universal bracket & Dual Fan

Thermal Paste: Newegg.com - MASSCOOL G751 Shin-Etsu Thermal Interface Material

Total: $1199 before shipping/rebates

With that you get a much larger case with more features
A much MUCH better video card
Much better CPU cooling and some of the best thermal paste for it you can buy
A faster hard drive

I will point out though it may be better to wait a couple of months for the new, fixed sandy bridge motherboard to come out and go SB instead, or, wait a bit longer and go ivy bridge instead.

If you aren't sure what that is, Sandy Bridge (socket 1155) is the replacement for socket 1156, but it outperforms socket 1366 in pretty much all applications. Ivy Bridge (socket 2011) is the 1366 replacement, which will give even better performance than 1155 does

Yes it will, in the way that you posted in the original post where they act as one big one, or as 3 separate ones
