Newb! please help, its about my mother board and what can go in it

so im trying to upgrade my ram and graphics card..

take a look at my mother board i use right now

Can anyone tell me if my mother board can handle this stuff? thanks

You should be fine, just be aware that your motherboard only has two memory slots, so you will have to replace the memory you already have as opposed to being able to just add the new memory to what you already have.
