Ive been saving up for a while now and i almost have enough money to finish my build 
i need 2 things a PSU and a new video card and my budget is right around 200 USD nothing more than 225 USD. Im pretty sure i want a 7950GT. im not worried about having DX10 because i know all the DX10 games can also be played in DX9 and i cant afford vista even basic the card has the be pci express. some of the games i want to be able to play is

BF2142
Company of Heros
Rainbow Six:Vegas
CSS
Unreal Tournament 3(aka 2007)
FEAR
and others but that is about it
my current specs are
AMD Athlon X2 3600+ 1.9GHz OCed to 2.7GHz
1GB of DDR2 866 4-4-4-12(from 800 5-5-5-18) upgrading to 2GB
Biostar NF4U-AM2G
my MAX resoultion is 1280x1024 and i only need 30FPS on high settings if that helps too
