NEW PC and NEW problems

just bought a brand new pc and found a problem with it

it wont boot up it comes up with disk read error i have to press ctrl+alt+delete when i entered my windows disc

Make sure they are secruly fasted. Also, if you OC or they did then it is unstabel and wont boot up so you must go into bios(del) and hit load optimized settings or if you can manuver into the OC -place and reset it.
