Sooo I'm building a computer and need some help. Here it is:

Soo I need a power supply but I don't know how much watts, and I need a motherboard and I'm tottaly clueless. Also do all these parts work well together, and any suggestions? I've built one before but I just had a whole lot of luck that everything worked. Also, the heatseek that comes with the processor should I get a different one? I want my computer to be quiet, and maybye do a LITTLE overclocking. Yeah... any thoughts? Please no one write "EPIC FAIL" in the comments below. Much appreciated.

..fine don't help me. PLease. I need your computer advice skills.

You need a motherbored that supports your CPU Socket which is 775 and dual core, also it will need to support PCI express and DDR2, this should do:

Why get an Nvidia motherboard when he's going with the HD 4850. A P35 will be fine if you'll only ever be running a single card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128337x
If you want Crossfire support for later on (2x HD 4850 faster than GTX 280), you can't do better than a P45, actually that's a lie, you can do better than a P45 but not for the price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138123

Always choose quality over quantity for the PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341012&Tpk=ocz+500w
