Network Printer Help

sorry for posting this in 2 sections, but networking is dead right now. can someone help me set up a network printer. thnx in advance.

Like a printer connected to a PC thats connected to the network and sharing, or a printer connected dirrectly to the LAN?

IP Printers can all be very different to setup.

P.S. Sorry for the vague explaination of what i needed help with

i set mine up by:

1) running network setup wizard..(when asked turn on printer and file sharing)
2) then i restarted all comps..
3) and everything was pciked up....

this assumes you have a router....and make sure u use the same workgroup on all computers.

thats all i did, but there wasnt a printer set up on my lappy.

nvm guys, thnx anyways. i just found the printer. it wasnt there the 1st time, buts was the 2nd. so now im connected.
