Netbook Screen

Alright so Guys I had a netbook that didn't work so I was curious and took it apart. The hard drive was busted. and the hinges of the screen broke so i took the screen out. There are 4 wires that are sticking out from the screen and I wanted to know what they were and If I could use this screen for anything... (little mini external monitor?)

PS: I barely know anything about computers.

The wires are what the display uses to show the image. it's unlikely that you can use it for anything else without some major wiring.
