Nero 7 Issue

I recently installed Nero 7 Ultimate Enhanced, and I was just wondering if there is a method of making sure no background tasks associated with it don't start up on system start, as it is unnecissarily taking up my RAM.

Also, I can never connect to the damn update server. So instead, I have to download the update manually for about 3 hours

I have nero 7 also and I dont really think it has anything on start up. But you can check by going to Start > Run and type msconfig and goto the start up tab.

Well, this is what I mean. I you go into Task Manager (ctrl, alt, del) and go to Processes, I see a a few programs starting with N (Nero?) which I have only seen since installing the program.
