Need some idea on upgrades

Hi. I got a computer recently from a garage sale. It's an HP DX5150 Small Form Factor PC. It's OK for how it is now, but I have some small games I like to play and this computer isn't QUITE up to it. I want to upgrade to a REAL Video card and a better processor, if I can.

Power supply is 200W max, Currently has an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 and an AMD Sempron 3000+. Any available upgrade options? Nothing over the top. Just something to use once in a while.

-A processor upgrade AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4400+ (2.2 GHz) + windows 7 64bit
-ATI Radeon X1600XT 256MB DDR FH dual head PCIe

check ebay, should be able to get a good deal
