 Hello everybody.
A few weeks ago I took my desktop, which I had bought and used in Canada, to my home country in Europe. To deal with shipping, with size and weigh, I had to leave the monitor and take only the case (tower), mouse and keyboard.
After I changed the red switch switch from 110V to 220V, I connected it with the monitor and the power supply. But unfortunately I could see nothing but a blank and unsteady screen. Is there any problem between my main unit produced in USA and the screen produced in Europe?
Can they always be connected together?
Is there anything else I can do to make it work properly?
Thank you in advance.

Could be a load of problems:

Is your video card connected corretly?
Is your memory working?
Is everything plugged and connected corectly?

there shouldn't be any problem with that.

and btw. most likely they are both made in China :p

So I'm guessing that u traveled by an airplane? And the pc went in the cargo hold?

So something could be broken, u know how they handle the stuff going to the cargo hold.

But before u do anything else check every wire and component there is and make sure that they are plugged in all the way. Something might have come out of it's place when the cargo guys throw it around.
