need help building a system around a 380w psu

380 watts is too low to build anything substantial these days. You need a minimum of 400 watts for anything to be game-capable, at least more so than integrated graphics, and I would aim for 450-500 to be safe.

That being said, I put this one together for you, complete with a power supply I use today that has proven itself very capable.

Keep in mind, I put this together keeping money in mind. You can obviously do better if you spend more, but being a WoW player myself, this system will do fine.
