Need a GPU $50-100

Was thinking about a Radeon hd 6670. However, the variety in them is great. My PSU is 300w so it's got to be powered by the motherboard. I've got a PSI express x16 slot on my mobo. I don't know the difference between a lot of specific things on GPUs so here I am today

Oh, and my monitor uses a VGA thing

I actually would prefer a radeon hd 6670, but I can't choose one!
