So, I have decided to build a PC for the first time... OH Boy...

What are you looking to do with this PC?

Ditch the Velociraptor, you will want something that offers a lot more storage.
 
For the money, you can get a lot more. You'll barely feel the difference between 10K RPM and 7200 RPM on a storage drive. That 150GB will be used up before you know it.
