My readyboost Help

How do i take it off ?
I know i go to my computer and right click on the memory drive and go to readyboost but it doesnt say to turn off or anything it says

so how do i turn it off?
by the way theres 3.76 being used for readyboost

Is it a program or did it come with Vista?

By the looks of your screenshot ... your flash drive is not being utilized for ReadyBoost. In fact, it says that in order to use it, at least 235mb of free space is required to use this device. Are you absolutely positive that the 3.76 gb you state is in use, is not actually data?

If there is nothing on the drive(at least nothing worth keeping ... move it if there are files you need to keep) ... go to Disk Management and reformat the flash drive ... that should clear everything off ... including any ReadyBoost configuration.

There may be a file in the flash drive called ReadyBoost Cache File. Try deleting that if its there.

BTW ... Joga ... yes it's a feature offered with Vista.
