My Computer Is Dead!!...HELP!!!!!!

My computer is acting very weird. I turn it on everything works perfectly all the startup programs are turning on such as antivirus. Then BAM! a blank green screen. After 30 secs it turns to a black screen. I also noticed that the CPU fan stops and my keyboard doesnt work. But My GPU fan and mouse still works. I also tried it in safe mode and it doesnt turn green/black. So whats the problem guys!!!!???

well its proberly overheating.

if its an old computer there could be a dust build up
