My computer always gets stuck..

first of all i got pretty good computer..
dual core, each core 3 GHz.
GeForce 9600.
2000 Ram.
(thats the main components regarding my problem)..
when i play 3D games like WoW and Lineage2 my comp randomly gets stuck.
and by saying stuck i mean completly stuck, nothing helps except a restart.
i tried to solve this problem by replacing my Ram and replacing my video card, i also tried doing a format several times and running diffrent versions of XP..
but still, i got this problem... please help me..

Is it just those games? Maybe its the games, themselves.

1. which dual core? (overclocked/stock?)
2. cpu temperatures? (use Real Temp)
3. which memory? (settings? speed/timings?)
4. which motherboard?

What diagnostics have you run so far?

I think it's something with your card other heating. Maybe it's build bad..
