MSN Messenger ERROR 1603 & 2755

Hey guys,

buddy of mine is getting and error when trying to install MSN messenger. First the 2755 error comes up and after that the 1603 error comes up. Also they were trying to upgrade from 6.2 to 7.0, and it will not allow me to uninstall or repair MSN 6.2 . Do you guys no any ways around it?

What OS are you using? You'll probably need to download Windows Installer to get it working.

i can't really help u directly.
but what u can do is go to contact MSN
and u can choose the problem and they'll email u advice on how to fix it
i did it... and they offered me helpful advice from Technical Staff

i did that already and their advice didnt help. i could try again and hope to get a different person i guess.
