msn messenger and aim broken...

ok ever since i took out my mobo battery and put it back in due to my friends advice about solving the blue screen error, i have not been able to get aim or msn working....internet works and so does everything else....
edit: ive also reinstalled them and my mobo drivers just in case and it still happens

ive had this problem before and i had no idea what it was but luckily i figured it out, set the clock on your computer (the one in the bottom right corner) and it fixes the problem, i dont know y but it works lol

oooh yea hahahhaha it was set to 2003!!!! lmao and yes my clock reset once i took out the battery woot i love you
