mp3 recorder

I want to be able to record streaming audio directly to mp3. It would be nice if I were able to also record my xm radio and have it saved as an mp3.

What software is the best and easiest for this? The primary concern would be the streaming audio to mp3.

I have a small mp3 player on the way that will plug into a usb.

creative has something called audio stream recoder but you would have to buy an audigy 2 to get it.

media player has a stream recorder, of course you'll have to pay a small fee for it, but media player is good.

there are many progams out there that can record a stream but finding them is another story.

i know that winamp.com radio, has a stream ripper that you can purchase.
