I just bought a new laptop and im not sure if this is normal but if i hold down a key ( arrow, letter .. anything ) I cannot move my mouse cursor what so ever..im using the normal mouse pad that came with the laptop. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
I prefer to using the mouse pad to a normal mouse.

*edit* found my problem after i searched deep into google -
control panel
mouse
device setting
+ on sensitivity and put palm check to minimum or close to
Mouse pointer does not use when Keyboard is in use
