Motherboard and Case compatibility

Does anyone think/know how I could jimmy a micro atx motherboard to fit into a regular mid or full tower atx case? >.> I realize they're not compatible, but I was wondering if there's a way to stretch compatibility.

i went to pc world to buy my case for my first ever build.

(pc world for jus the case no other bits coz my case turned up dodgy and had to return it ad wanted a case ASAP)

n e wasy i was looking at this lovely case that was ATX and my board was MATX so he said what mobo u got i told him he said that wont fit u need 1 with MATX case,

i go away dissapointed order a case online post on here and they set me right.

n e ways bottom line is my sig is justified and 99% of ATX cases will support MATX boards
