ok do i just set up dual monitors...and now i have a line that runs down the monitors like it is refreshing or how it looks like when you see it on tv...any ideas?

@OP, are the monitors relatively new or oldish? if they are oldish they may be unshielded, thus creating magnetic interference between them due to their proximity

i think that is right because when i turn one off it goes away...but i have no way to sepirate them....hmmmm
