mobo + cpu + ram upgrade windows 7 help

i have a Pegatron M2N78-LA + AMD athlon x3 II 440 + 4gb ram (came with a HP computer that i bought 2+ years ago)
and i bought this off ebay to replace them AMD FX 8350 Eight Core 4 0GHz Black CPU Asrock AM3 MB USB3 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM | eBay
but after buying it i read up on the windows 7 install on the new mobo, and i realised that i had a OEM copy of windows 7 that came with the HP computer,
i dont have the money to buy a new copy of windows either, as i spent all the money i could afford on the new parts, is there any possible way to bypass this and use the OEM copy on my new mobo?

If you can get your hands on an OEM disc, just reinstall it. Check eBay for HP OEM copies, it isn't illegal to sell the disk it's illegal to sell the license.

As long as your PC has it's license still attached, just get the disc and windows should let you re-validate with that.
