Micro SD card help!!!!!!!!

I got a micro sd card for christmas and i used it in my mp3 player and it shows up in the hardware list and i can put stuff on it and it works fine. However when i put it in my motorola v360 i cant find it on my computer, i cant format it at all everytime i do try i get an error, i basically cant do anything. Is there anyway i can fix this?

Is there an option on either of the devices to format it? Usually cameras and even cell phones have some method of reformatting the card.

yeah on my mp3 i formatted it and it worked perfectly but on my cell phone everytime i try to format it says an error occurs. is there a way to fix this?
