Memory question

Can someone tell me if this memory will work with this motherboard? I don't think it will but want to make sure.

The memory is OCZ DDR2 PC2 4200

Motherboard is a MSI K7N2GM2-LSR

the mobo only supports ddr 333 and ur memory is ddr 440. so the memory is not campatible with the mobo.

I am not looking for any memory. I have this memory still new in the box and a friend of mine needs some so I was checking for him. Thanks for the help guys.

If you put the momory in, then it will run at DDR333 speeds, but be perfectly stable at DDR400 speeds, it will just slow itself down. It will allow a bit of overclocking too, until the memory speed reaches 400mhz effective he will be under warranty for the memory. His CPU should overclock a bit, so you haven't got anything to lose right!
