Memory Problem

I just got a new computer and it's working great, but there's an issue with the memory. It came with 512mb, but when I check with the "System" on the Control Panel, it says I only have 448mb. What's the reason for this?

Also, how much video memory does the "integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 200" have? I checked around the net, but couldn't find out.

512mb - 64mb for integrated ATI card = 448mb

Yeah, I hate integrated video. Uses quite a bit of system resource.
