Mcafee Online Scanner?

Hi

How trust worthy is Mcafee online scanner (free)...i have Trend Micro and that says im clean but i just did the Mcafee scan and it said i had one worm...could it be just saying that to make me buy it?

I was scanning to check if i had a virus as my pc is freezing all the time

well this thing is you might as well download AVG Free or something like that because online scanners are not that good.

thanks technoman...unfortunately i cant have AVG as it conflicts with Trend Micro...do you know of any other free anti virus that are good?

if you have a virus scanner then you are ok but here is another free scanner you might want to take a look at:
