Mail merge in MS Outlook

Well, I have tried using 'mail merge' in MS Outlook to send to the staff of my English club. But as I finished my work, there' were dozens of mails in my outbox. And it sent them one by one! Stupid! If I use fancy decorations I'll have to wait for hours! Is it any way to send them once but to all?

Well if you have an anti-virus that checks your mail going out, and you don't have high speed well that's the way it works. It doesn't mean that because Outlook is not finished doing its' work that you cannot close it, browse the internet of even write and send more e-mails. What is important is that it is SENT, and Outlook did its' work. Go high speed if you want your OUTBOX to clear faster!

I have high-speed. Let me deal with anti virus... well but you know, as I send a "MS Publisher" letter (around 500kb app) to 500 ppl, it should be a problem...

Well, I need a mail managing software. Some have suggested me with THunderbird. I'll try soon. I think
