Is it possible to email an individual mail merged fax to a large number of people? If so, how do I go about it?

I want to know if there is any software or anything that is able to send personalised emails but saying the same thing. It will have a business name and contact detail, like a fax - set up like a fax. I want to send the same information to a large number of ppl however each one will have there own personal details.
