Ive just made a logo on photoshop:-


Is it any good??? It was my First attempt of doing anything like this on photoshop....

Yeah I like that

One thing I don't understand though is, how come it suddenly switches from Black to white? If you put a gradient effect on this intead of suddenly switching, it'd probably be better Just a suggestion

I would suggest not haveing the two website names at the bottom cause you can clearly read it in the X, and make the outside of the X faded out, instead of haveing it straight cut off, maybe you can make the X like a button if you know what im saying. Other than that, looks good, BTW this is only a suggestion.
