I try searching on the web search engine, but it came out to be alot of shops. So I hope to ask here.

Are there specific DVDs used for burning with lightscribe?

Yes. They have to say lightscribe on them, like these do: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2412847&CatId=57
They have to say lightscribe because they're made different so the laser can write on the other side and create the image that the user made on the machine. Normal DVD's don't have that sort of surface and can't take advantage of the lightscribe capabilities. You can still burn regular DVD's in a lightscribe drive, you just can't create the fancy artwork on the disc by using the laser.

Sadly those special lightscribe DVDs are expensive. I probably will get a DVD burner with lightscribe technology, but now lightscribe is not a priority then.

I haven't tried a non-lightscribe DVD with lightscribe, but if it does it, there' chances that it may work or that the DVD will shred into peices.
