Large Format Printers - 11" x 17"

Does anyone know where I can get a decent quality / priced Laser Monochrome printer that will print on 11" x 17" paper?

I have found a few locally but they are all $2500 and more.....

Store Location doesn't matter as long as they ship to Canada

Also I would like to stay around $600 - $800 if at all possible
