Laptop Problem

Im having a problem signing into my Yahoo! account. I've been able to do it on my desktop computer, but not my laptop. Ive tried both firefox and internet explorer but neither work. When i try to use firefox it gives me a message that says "the connection was refused when attempting to contact login.yahoo.com"
any suggestions?

alright well i tried to sign into sony imagestation and it did the same thing. this makes no sense to me.

yes i can. i have a feeling it has something to do with my security but im not too sure.

i figured it out. opened up my norton and i had a worm the disabled my security settings. its called "Sober". Keep an eye out for it.
