laptop to play playstation ???????

Hello people,
i am a newbie to the forum and not that good when it comes to pc's either..
My predicament is - i want to buy a laptop to play dvd's, watch tv and hopefully play the ps2 on it too. this is the plan anyway, for use in the caravan and for the kids to watch movies on long journeys in the van etc..
the dvd bit isn't a problem i know and i think i have read that you can get tuners for the tv but the playstation i am unsure of....

any help is much appreciated,
what i will need to make it all work ? or is it all possible/not possible ?, will i need a certain spec laptop ? are some tuners better than others ? etc etc.

Well, there are programs called emulators that emulate (duh) the system. There are emulators for pretty much every system ever made. I've heard there aren't very good PS2 emulators though. Search on Google!
