depends on the socket type, do u kno if they are the same? also the FSB speeds need 2 be the same or less the what the motherboard can do
 
It depends. Pentium II's use Slot 1 sockets, whilst Pentium III's used both Slot 1 and Socket-370.
 
yes, on the socket it should say, if it doesn't on the socket then thats odd...also on the processor and often the heatsink as well, it will say on there. if not than look for the model name on the processor and then go look it up online, another option would be to use a diagnostics and system information tool. like for instance, everest home edition, awesome program, and free. http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en u can download it from there, their website. ^_^
 
no clue! try google-ing it or somethin and see what u get, or call around any comp stores that u kno of becides best buy comp usa circuit city etc.
