Laptop Coolers

So the laptop i have is always running hot, and i am thinking of getting one of those laptop fan coolers that you put under the laptop.
but i was wondering how efficient they are for the price.

i am only willing to spend about $30.
Unless theres another way of cooling a laptop.

personally i havent used one, but from what i've seen they work pretty decently. one thing i would certainly recommend is to clean out the fan and heatsink as well as purchasing a cooling pad.

i have a cooling pad for my hp laptop. do they work, sure they do...but if you are expecting like a HUGE change in temperature then i'm sorry but you won't. Really the benefits of the cooling pad are to keep your legs from getting burnt .

i guess its not worth the money.
i will just put a binder under it then.

Well, if the one of the fans will be directly under the processor then you might see a good difference in temperature.
