iso image to bootable cd?

i downloaded a tool from hitatchi to adjust my acoustical disc management settings on my hard drive to change it to quiet mode...the tool downloaded as an iso file which i have on my desktop. how do i get this onto a cd so i can boot from it to use the tool to adjust my settings?

use a nero to burn a cd image in "image burning mode" or something like that

Yeah Just burn the ISO to a cd and then boot it frm youre cd drive
